"This hotel is very distinctive in an old building, so there is no new hotel equipment except the elevator, and even the door lock is an old key door lock. Breakfast is very good and worth trying. The room is spacious and hygienic, but I am not sure if all the rooms are not equipped with air conditioning. Our room is not, so the hotel has two fans in the room. The traffic is also very convenient, two minutes downstairs to the tram stop to go to various attractions and stations."

"Very good hotel. Convenient location: there are tram stops nearby. In this hotel we rented a room similar to a small apartment. There is a kitchen (refrigerator, stove, kettle, dishes). This was exactly what we needed. We wanted to live in Vienna, go to the store and cook our own food. The owner of the hotel is a responsive person. My plans changed several times and each time he met me halfway, for which I am so grateful to him."

"Excellent hotel not far from the center of Vienna in a quiet area. Large, clean, very warm and quiet room. With the window open and the curtains tight we slept well: the mattresses are comfortable, hard, the pillows are great, the blankets are warm, the bathroom is large, the water is hot with great pressure. In the room there is a guard coffee machine, for some reason on the penultimate day they did not refill the capsules for us. There was no kettle, but I asked at the reception - they provided it immediately. It is curious that we stayed together with an 11-year-old child, but in the room there are coffee cups only for one. A little shabby towels, which are time to replace. The breakfast is good. The only thing is that something is wrong with the pastries. Still, at breakfast you expect super fresh pastries, and here it feels like everything is yesterday's. It is a little unpleasant. Overall, I highly recommend the hotel and will definitely come back if the opportunity arises"

"The room was renovated 10 years ago and it's time to update the facilities. However, the hotel front desk still attaches great importance to the guests' check-in experience. When I checked in, the room next door was still making loud noises at 12 o'clock one night, so I called the front desk directly to complain. Within half an hour, The room next door was silent. Later, the front desk took the initiative to ask if this matter had affected the check-in experience. They could only say that it was not true. It was just that their front desk had zero tolerance for excessive things and took the initiative to stop practical actions to solve the problem."

I did paid for the hotel, but the card could not open the room, 2nd day could not have breakfast but when I paid for the room fees the reception said was already include. But when I went to the lounge they said not include the breakfast they need me pay for them again."

"We were only at the hotel for less than 12 hours. Location is great for seeing old town Vienna. Importantly, the hotel provided a taxi booking for a 4 AM departure to the airport. The staff were very helpful. This is a classic old-style hotel with character. We enjoyed the short time we had there."
